I remember...Glittering flakes  and bitter wind,  I peered through frosted glass.  The outside world, a gingerbread village  coated with pure white icing sugar.  The ice on the ledge  bit into bare feet  as I took a cautious step.  The print left behind,  a brown silhouette showing through  a light dusting of glittering flakes.  Inhaling crystal scents  I shivered,  it was too cold
